香港一名20多岁的女士在涂抹“辣椒减肥膏”后，竟发现腰部和腹部的皮肤过敏红肿，而且灼痛难耐，痛到受不了时还报警求助，经12个小时的治疗后，红肿和疼痛才消退。

Anyways, my boss got a promotion. (this doesn't mean that he is selling some thing at cheap price). He'll be promoted to Head of Department. =) Congratulations Sir. haa....

Not long ago, maybe two or three days ago, a long long time friend from A-levels time sent me a mail. Good to hear from again. Paul of Tarsus =)

前一段时间，听了两次有关祷告的讲道。觉得最基本，也许是我们得知道当我们祷告时：

• 我们是以一个怎样的心态祷告？
• 我们是想谁祷告？
• 我们祷告的那一位有着怎样的属性？
• 我们祷告的，合理吗？
• 我们分清楚祷告、祈求与感谢吗？

By the way, lost my mp3 player during morning quiet time. Probably forgot to bring along then the next time went to ask, was not to be found anymore. See if i can get a cheaper one or not...
